Thursday Evening Prasad Sponsorship

Sri Saibaba Mandir invites devotees to sponsor Thursday evening Prasad for approximately 200 devotees with a suggested donation of $251.

1. Mandir volunteers will be preparing Prasad in the kitchen after the Mandir opens in the evening.

2. Food sponsors are encouraged to volunteer and help in cooking (if needed), serving, and cleaning activities. For safety reasons, a maximum of 6 people are allowed near the cooking area. No children are allowed in the kitchen.

3. You are welcome to bring additional items to be offered as Naivedya and served to devotees as Prasad.

YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY SEPARATE EMAIL REMINDER FOR THURSDAY EVENING SIGNUPS.

Saturday/Sunday Prasad (Lunch) Sponsorship

Sri Saibaba Mandir invites devotees to sponsor Prasad(Lunch) for approximately 150 devotees on Saturdays/ 50-60 devotees on Sundays with a suggested donation of $251.

1. On Saturdays and Sundays, food preparation starts at 9:00 AM in the Mandir kitchen.

2. Sponsors are requested to prepare food with the guidance of Mandir volunteers, serve and clean up kitchen/dining areas. For safety reasons, a maximum of 6 people are allowed near the cooking area. No children are allowed in the kitchen.

3. The food prepared should be fresh, mild (not spicy) and should be vegetarian. No frying is allowed.

4. You are welcome to bring additional items to be offered as Naivedya and served to devotees as Prasad.

A REMINDER EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU 3-5 DAYS BEFORE AND A MANDIR CO-ORDINATOR WILL CONTACT YOU. NO SEPARATE SIGNUP CONFIRMATION EMAIL WILL BE SENT.

Mandir Events Prasad Sponsorship

Sri Saibaba Mandir invites devotees to sponsor Prasad(Food) for Sri Saibaba Urus/ Ramanavami,Guru Poornima, Mahasamadhi and New Year's Day with a suggested donation of $251 or an amount of your choice.

1. Mandir volunteers will be preparing Prasad in the kitchen.

2. Food sponsors are encouraged to volunteer and help in cooking (if needed), serving, and cleaning activities.For safety reasons, a maximum of 6 people are allowed near the cooking area. No children are allowed in the kitchen.

3. Please do consult the Event Co-Ordinator if a team wants to volunteer for food preparation on a Mandir Event day.
